OMNILOY has an Integrated Management System that groups the following management systems:

Our business development is focused on the national and international market, mainly Latin America and emerging markets.
Our Policy serves as a framework of reference for the whole Organization with the aim of satisfying the needs of the client, the improvement of the Environment, increasing the security of information, favoring legal compliance, and all this by establishing improvement objectives within the Integrated Management System aligned with the strategic direction of our organization.
The organization and its management commit to:
- Ensure that in the development of its activity it is taken into account:
- Both the context of the Organization and its stakeholders.
- The nature, magnitude and environmental impacts in the development of the activity, both in products and in services.
- The protection and security of information with the aim of preserving its Confidentiality, Integrity, Traceability, Authenticity and Availability.
- Comply with legal requirements and other requirements in all the areas of our activity, both in the area of the Quality of products and services, Environmental respect, Information Security and with a special attention, in the protection of personal data, within what is established in the applicable legislation and, in particular, in the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
- Protect the Environment, including the prevention of pollution, taking into account other commitments acquired.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System through review and continuous improvement, with the aim of improving the performance of the processes and their security.
- Develop, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with the reference standard norms ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 with the aim of ensuring:
- That the agreements that are reached with the client are clear, transparent and well documented.
- That the projects carried out are in conformity with the agreements reached.
- That the products or services supplied by the suppliers and that affect the Integrated Management System are in conformity.
- The competence of the persons that participate in the different processes.
- That the processes are controlled, standardized, duly documented and in conformity.
- That, in the case of producing any nonconformity, it will be controlled and resolved with the greatest speed and effectiveness possible.
- That the services supplied by the suppliers, external collaborators that affect the system are efficient and in conformity with our requirements and those of the client.
The Organization considers its teams as its most relevant asset, therefore it intends that:
- They participate proactively in the processes of the Integrated Management System.
- They can develop their activity in the best work and equality environment.
- They can reduce to the minimum the errors and the environmental impact in the development of their processes.
