The same, in Argentina: identify the hospital groups that matter, open commercial relationships, close the first deals and leave the local operation standing.

The same, in Italy: a large, fragmented healthcare market where the first job is working out who decides. We want someone equally at ease with a hospital’s board and its systems team.

Run commercial expansion in Mexico: complex enterprise sales cycles with hospital groups and private clinics, selling directly to C-level, and building the pipeline from scratch.

Build the engine behind our clinical agents: the agentic loop, multi-agent topology, context budget and stopping conditions. Plus the evaluation layer, with regression datasets and automated evals that block changes, and the integration with HIS and EHR systems, permission model and audit trail included.

Be the CEO’s right hand: turn ideas into execution, run strategic projects end to end and hold the internal operating rhythm together, from OKRs to all-hands. A high-impact generalist role, with one condition: you need to be able to be near Madrid or Valencia.
